Basil Pesto

4 cups basil
1/4 cup hemp seeds or pine nuts 
1/3 cup parmesan, grated (optional) 
3 garlic cloves  
1/2 cup olive oil (add more if needed)
Celtic sea salt and black pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process for 1 - 2 minutes. Add more oil if needed. 
 
Great on salads, with cut-up celery and carrots, wraps, sandwiches, and pasta.....
