Cassava Tortillas

3 cups Cassava flour
2 teaspoons Celtic sea salt 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil 
3/4 cup warm water

In a  bowl, mix together cassava flour, salt, garlic, and onion powder.
Add oil and warm water. Knead dough until well combined.
Divide dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place it between two pieces of parchment paper.
Roll dough until it is ⅛-inch thick or place balls of dough into a tortilla press.

Heat a skillet over medium temp. and spray with cooking oil. Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side, or until it begins to bubble.

Tip:
Use tortillas for wraps and tacos.
