Cinnamon Oatmeal


One serving.
 

1/4 cup of gluten-free quick oats (Bob’s Red Mill)

2 tablespoons raw seeds and nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds….)

1 teaspoon flax seeds or chia seeds

1 tablespoon raisins (or 1/2 cup of fresh berries)

Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and Celtic sea salt 

1 teaspoon of maple syrup or stevia to taste 

Coconut milk (cold or hot) to taste

 
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
