Cilantro Hummus   

 

2 cups chickpeas, cooked

Juice of 1 big lemon

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons tahini or cashew butter 

½ bunch of cilantro washed well 

2 tablespoons olive oil

Celtic sea salt and black pepper to taste

- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes.
