YETI OATMEAL
1/2 cup extra thick oats (Bob’s Red Mills)
1 cup boiling water
A pinch of cinnamon, and Celtic sea salt
2 dates, chopped
1 teaspoon ghee.
Place the oats in a small YETI thermos.
Add salt and cinnamon.
Pour hot water over the oats. Place the lid on and let sit for a 1/2 hour.
Add dates and ghee.
