DIY Body Scrub

(for achy muscles and joints)

1 cup Epsom salts
1 tablespoon water (add more if needed)
5 drops essential oil (lavender, peppermint....)
1 teaspoon coconut oil

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Start at the feet, and scrub the entire body using a circular motion. Spend extra time on the joints. Take your time, scrub at least for 10 minutes. Use a shower mat to prevent slipping in the bathtub.

Scrubbing your body with Epsom Salts will relax your muscles, and cleanse your skin and joints.
