Everything Crackers

1/2 cup almond flour 
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup blond flax meal  
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 
1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joe's)
Pinch of black pepper and red pepper flakes 
1/2 cup water

Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Using a spatula, spread the batter on a parchment-lined cookie sheet until the dough is about 1/8 inch. Use a butter knife and cut the dough into 20 pieces. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before eating.
