Almond Macaroons 

 

 2 cups coconut

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Pinch Celtic sea salt

 
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all the ingredients together and shape into small balls (I use a small melon scooper) and bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
