Turkey Meatballs 

Four servings

1 pound organic ground turkey
1 organic egg, whisked
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon (each) dried basil and oregano
1 zucchini, grated
Celtic sea salt and black pepper to taste
Avocado or olive oil

- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, and zucchini, and season with salt and pepper. 
- Using a small melon scooper, scoop the turkey mixture onto a baking pan and drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until cooked through.
