Oat Milk
1 cup oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill - Thick Oats)
1 date, or 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch of Celtic sea salt
5 cups water
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 - 45 seconds
Strain through a fine strainer or a nut milk bag.
Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
