Creamy Vegan Smoky Dip

1 red bell pepper

1 cup cashews, soaked

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt       

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Add more water if necessary.
