Almond Butter Cups


1/2 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup or 10 drops of Stevia (optional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
 Pinch of Celtic sea salt

In a small pan, gently melt all the ingredients.
Transfer to small muffin cups.
Let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating. Store in the fridge.
