Sunflower Butter Cups 

Makes about 24 mini cups

  • 1 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil, melted (room temperature)

  • 1 cup raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter

  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt

 
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
- Pour chocolate mixture into lined mini muffin cups. Put in the fridge for couple of hours before eating.
