Avocado Dip

1 avocado

1 can chickpeas, drained 

Juice from 2 limes

4 garlic cloves

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded (optional)

1/3 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

1 small red onion, diced

1/2 bunch cilantro

 

- Put avocado, chickpeas, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno, and salt into a food processor and process until smooth.

- Place in a bowl, mix in red onion and cilantro.

Enjoy on top of thinly sliced radishes, cucumbers, or your favorite crackers.
