Pecan Brownies



1 1/2 cups almond four
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch Celtic sea salt
10 dates, pitted
2 cups chocolate chips ( HU dark chocolate gems are delicious 😋)
4 organic eggs
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup pecans, chopped

- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds (using an S blade),
- Add dates, chocolate chips, eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, and stevia and process for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
- Transfer into an oiled brownie pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Press the pecans gently into the brownies. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
