Parsley Pesto 

1 bunch parsley

1/4 cup pine nuts or hemp seeds

1/4 cup parmesan, shredded

3 garlic cloves ( more is you love garlic)

1/2 cup EVOO

Celtic sea salt and black pepper to taste

Combine parsley, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor; process until well combined.
