Garlicky Kale Chips   

3 big handfuls of baby kale

Celtic sea salt to taste

Garlic powder to taste 

Black pepper to taste

Coconut oil spray

- Preheat the oven to 275F.

- Spread the kale on a parchment-lined cookie sheet (single layer).

- Spray with coconut oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

- Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
