Finding Comfort During the Holidays

Are you seeking tranquility and peace during this Holiday Season?
Comfort & joy during the holidays are something we all look forward to, right? But often, the holidays arrive as a mix of joy, chaos and stress. Finding peace during the holidays is a conscious practice. Come and join me in this 3 hour workshop filled with delight and serenity.

We will begin with Restorative Yoga and Meditation followed by a circle gathering where I will share tips, ideas, and recipes for healthy comfort food.


During this workshop, we will experience different ways to mindfully connect to our inner peace:
Restorative Yoga -- Learn to relax and rest deeply to allow restoration and healing of the body and mind.
Meditation - Focus inward to fill your spirit and to calm the senses.
Pranayama (Breath Work) - Breathe in comfort, exhale distress.
