Private Cooking Classes

This 2-3 hour class is tailored to you and your family's specific needs.

To begin, we will discuss your desired meal choices. You can choose from from my list of recipes (please Click here to download an example of your menu ideas) or we can develop something entirely new to fit your desires. Everything is completely customized to your needs. Together we will prepare several delicious, nutrient dense dishes in the comfort of your own home. At the end of this class, you will have a complete understanding of how easy and inexpensive it can be to prepare delicious healthy meals the whole family will love.

$285 per class, plus the cost of the ingredients

COOKING CLASS - Sprouting and Dehydrating

Come and learn the art of sprouting and dehydrating. Both techniques are very simple to learn and often times the entire family wants to take part in the preparation.

Sprouts contain 100 times more enzymes than vegetables and fruits therefor we assimilate more minerals, vitamins, fats and proteins from the food we are eating. Raw dehydrated food is a great substitute/alternative for unhealthy snacks and junk food like chips and sugary treats, plus they taste delicious. Raw dehydrated food preserves most, if not all, of the nutrients in food, travels well and contains no preservatives or additives.

We will be making:
- Sun-dried tomato crackers
- Cheesy kale chips
- Almond coconut macaroons and chocolate macaroons
- Sunflower sprouts (by far these are my favorite sprouts)
- Mixed sprouts
- Raw walnut chocolate cups (bonus recipes)

These tasty recipes are crafted with fresh ingredients, easy to digest, AND nourishing to your body and soul.

This class is friendly to vegetarians and vegans and is free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn and peanuts.

Join me in this fun and delicious cooking demo where you will learn how easy it is to make make luscious comfort food that you can ENJOY with great pleasure. Healthy eating is all about enjoying what you eat and finding healthy alternatives to your favorite unhealthy foods. You will feel great about eating and sharing these treats with your loved ones.

In this class you will learn some simple recipes that you can share with your friends this Holiday Season.

Cooking Class - Baking with Almond Flour 

Come and learn with Petra how to prepare easy and delicious almond flour treats that will leave you feeling satisfied. 

We will be making Rosemary Garlic Crackers, Almond Bread, Cinnamon Pear Cake and Chocolate Chip Cookies. These treats are very satisfying, full of easy to digest protein and good oils, as well as very low in natural sugar, and free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn and peanuts. 

You will leave this class with four easy recipes that you can make in just a few minutes and feel good about sharing with your loved ones.
