Restorative yoga provides healing for your body and mind. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. Props are used to support your body so you can hold poses for a longer period of time, allowing your body to open through passive stretching.

Restorative yoga is especially helpful when you need to eliminate stress, tension and fatigue. Benefits of deep relaxation are healthy blood sugar levels, reduction of blood pressure, increase of "good cholesterol" levels, as well as improved digestion, fertility, elimination and sleep.

This class soothes the nervous system, encourages mindfulness, cultivates heightened body awareness and slows down the pace of life.

This yoga class includes: practice of awareness (meditation), breathing, eye movements, restorative yoga poses and yoga Nidra (15 minutes yogic sleep that equals to 4 hours of sleep).

This class is suitable for all levels, even for those who are new to yoga.
